Description: - A mid 20th century Bernard Instone silver & enamel plaque brooch, circa 1950s. The pierced rectangular frame is profusely decorated with enameled flowers in pastel pink, blue, yellow, green, and white. The brooch is stamped 'SILVER BI'.
