Returns & refunds
If you want to cancel your order you can send a order cancellation request to us by using either the order cancellation form, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or calling us on +44 (0)785-656-2176. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched and therefore request that you follow the return instructions detailed below.
If for any reason you have changed your mind or are not happy with your purchase we have got a returns policy in place to enable you to post it back to us.
If you want to return your purchase please visit our returns centre.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be able to be accepted for a return.
If posting your return to us, please re-package your goods carefully, and we require that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as Argentum Antiques & Collectables Ltd cannot be held responsible for items being returned that are lost in the post. Please pack your returned item(s), along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number (if you have one), or covering letter outlining the nature of the return securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs, which will cause your refund to be delayed and any import charges incurred as a result of not marking the parcel as "returned goods" will need to be deducted from the final refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Retain proof of postage.
You have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 30 days after full receipt of the goods providing you contact us stating your desire to do so (using our returns centre, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call +44 (0)785-656-2176), after which you should then return your goods within 14 days. We the seller will be responsible for refunding your shipping costs on receipt of returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will aim to issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving the goods from you. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Please note it may take between 5 and 7 days to appear in your account.
