Description: - A 19th century French 18ct yellow gold carnelian intaglio pendant.

The pendant is set with a swiveling oval brown carnelian intaglio carved with a reclining figure, to a gold surmount of scroll design.

The pendant is hallmarked with French assay marks for 18ct gold.

Period: - Late 19th century.

Maker: - Stamped with an unattributed makers mark.

Engraving: - Engraved with a reclining figure.

Measurement: - The pendant measures 3.5cm (height including bale) x 3.2cm (width) x 0.7cm (depth). 

Weight: - 9.6 grams.

Condition: - The pendant and carnelian are in good condition. Minor surface scratches commensurate with age. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
