Description: - An Art Deco sterling silver and enamel brooch by Charles Horner. The brooch is modelled as a winged scarab in blue, turquoise, green guilloche, and red enamel. The brooch is hallmarked with the makers mark 'CH' for Charles Horner, lion passant, Chester marks, 1923.
