Description: - A George V 18ct yellow gold signet ring. The signet ring is of oval form to the head with engraved Masonic emblem, tapered fluted shoulders, and plain shank.

The ring is hallmarked with Birmingham assay office marks, the date letter "q" to denote 1915, and stamped "18" for 18 carat gold.

Period: - Early 20th century.

Date: - 1915.

Maker: - Makers mark of "KBSP" for Kinsey Brothers & Patrick.

Engraving: - Engraved to the inside of the ring with the inscription "E.R. XMAS. 1915.".

Measurement: - UK ring size Q (leading edge). US ring size 8 (leading edge). The head of the ring measures approximately 14.5mm (height) x 11.0mm (width).

Weight: - 8.3 grams.

Condition: - The ring is in good antique condition. Minor scratches, and rubbing to the high points commensurate with age. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
