Description: - An Elizabeth II sterling silver mug. The mug (or tankard) is crafted in the Georgian style, of tapering circular form, on a raised circular foot, with a capped double C scroll handle.
The mug is made by Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd, and hallmarked Sheffield, 1961.
Assay: - .925 (Sterling Silver).
Date: - 1961.
Period: - Mid 20th Century.

Engraving: - Stamped to the base "S2568", & "MADE IN ENGLAND".
Measurement: - 11.8cm (height) x 14.8cm (width to include handle) x 10.7cm (foot diameter). The mug can hold approximately 570ml - to the brim.
