Description: - An Edwardian sterling silver string dispenser with Birmingham hallmarks, and by the silversmith E.S. Blanckensee. The barrel is elegantly crafted, of pierced globe form, with a hinged cover, and on a raised circular foot. 

Assay: - .925 (Sterling Silver).

Measurement: - It measures 10.9 cm (height) x 8.8 cm (diameter).

Weight: - 192.70 grams.

Condition: - The string dispenser is in good antique condition. Light surface scratches commensurate with age. The box has no engravings or inscriptions. No splits, damage, dents, or repairs. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
