Description: - A sterling silver model of a fox with its head turned.
The silver model is hallmarked with Chester marks, 1930, and the makers mark of Grey and Co.
Assay: - .925 (Sterling Silver).
Period: - 1930.
Engraving: - Unengraved.
Maker: - Grey and Co.
Measurement: - 5.2cm (height to top of ear) x 10.3cm (length from tail head) x 2.9cm (typical body depth).
Weight: - 363.5 grams.
Condition: - The model is in good condition. Light surface marks, and tarnishing commensurate with age. A couple of minor casting imperfections (pitting) along the spine of the fox that are eye visible and measure about 0.8mm - 1.0mm in length. Light rubbing to the high points in places.
