Description: - A Norwegian sterling silver-gilt and white guilloche enamel pill box. The box is of oval hinged form, with white guilloche enamel decoration, overlaid with gold coloured enamel swags. The box is stamped with the David Andersen makers mark used between 1888-1925, and "925" to denote sterling silver.

Date: - Circa 1920s.

Measurement: - The box measures 4.4 cm (length) x 1.0 cm (height) x 2.9 cm (depth).

Weight: - 35.8 grams / 1.15 troy ounces.

Condition: - The silver enamel pill box is in good condition. The box is overlaid with guilloche enamel, which other than very light surface scratches is in very good condition with no chips, or cracks. The gilt wash finish to the interior is partially worn in areas commensurate with age. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
