Description: - An Art Nouveau sterling silver and enamel pendant by Charles Horner, with fine link chain. The oval open-work pendant is enameled in shades of blue and green, leading to a further enameled drop.
The piece is hallmarked with the makers mark 'CH' for Charles Horner, lion passant, and Chester marks, 1908.
Period: - Early 20th Century.
Date: - 1908.
Engraving: - None.
Measurement: - The pendant measures 4.9cm (height including bale) x 2.5cm (width) x 0.15cm (depth). The chain measures 18 & 7/8 inches (48.0cm).
Weight: - 7.6 grams.
Condition: - Surface scratches, and minor tarnishing to the antique silver pendant commensurate with age and usage. The later addition clasp to the chain is stamped 925.
