Description: - An Edwardian period 15ct yellow gold, platinum fronted, diamond, and enamel pheasant pin brooch. The pin depicts a pheasant decorated with enamelling to its head, and diamonds to its body. The brooch is stamped ‘15CT PLATm’ to denote 15ct gold and platinum fronted.
Period: - Early 20th Century.
Date: - Circa 1910.
Engraving: - None.
Measurement: - The brooch pin measures 5.7 cm (end to end) x 1.2 cm (height) x 0.9 cm (depth).
Weight: - 3.4 grams / 0.11 troy ounces.
Condition: - Light surface scratches to the brooch as would be expected for the age and usage of the piece. The enamel and diamonds are in good condition. The pin and clasp work without issue. Gemstone treatment is unknown. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
