Description: - This is a beautiful early 20th century 14ct yellow gold reverse-carved crystal intaglio fishing brooch. The reverse-carved crystal intaglio is crafted to depict a trout in the process of taking a fly on shell ground. The brooch is stamped with the makers mark "EWS" to the reverse, and is stamped "14K" to the clasp to denote 14 karat (carat) gold.
Period: - Circa 1920s.

Measurement: - The brooch measures 2.2 cm (diameter) x 1.1 cm (depth).
Weight: - 7.8 grams / 0.25 troy ounces.
Condition: - The brooch is in good vintage condition. The pin and clasp both work perfectly. Minor surface scratches commensurate with age. Please see images for confirmation of condition.
