Description: - A Victorian 18ct Gold Diamond and Enamel Target Brooch. The brooch has been beautifully crafted with a centrally set old cut diamond surrounded by 12 further diamonds totaling approximately 0.60cts, within an enamel border. As was common during the Victorian period, the brooch is unhallmarked but has been tested, and confirmed to be 18ct gold fineness.
Period: - Victorian period (Mid 19th Century).
Date: - Circa 1860.

Measurement: - The brooch measure 3.3 cm in diameter.
Weight: - 14.7 grams / 0.47 troy ounces.
Condition: - The brooch is in good antique condition. There are some light surface scratches, and surface marks to the antique 18ct brooch commensurate with age. The centrally set diamond, and diamonds around the perimeter have good clarity and plenty of sparkle. The enamel is in good condition. locket to the reverse is in place. The pin and clasp both work perfectly. The base metal pin, and clasp are late 19th century replacements. Gemstone treatment is unknown. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
