Description: - A Victorian 18ct yellow gold coral and pearl ring. The ring is set with two pearls, and a central coral. As was common for the period, the ring is stamped 18 to denote 18 carat gold.

Date: - Circa 1888.

Period: - Late 19th Century.

Engraving: - The ring has been engraved, but this is mostly rubbed through age and previous resizing.

Maker: - Unknown.

Measurement: - UK Size R 1/2 / US size 8 7/8.

Weight: - 9.5 grams / 0.31 troy ounces.

Condition: - Light surface scratches to the shank. The ring displays signs of having previously been resized. The pearls are in good overall condition, with minor wear to the nacre, and with good lustre. The coral is in good condition, displaying minor surface wear commensurate with age. Please note the pearls are untested and unwarranted for natural pearls. Gemstone treatment is unknown. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
