Description: - An Austro-Hungarian silver and niello vesta case match holder. The silver vesta depicts a figure in niello. The vesta case match holder is stamped with the Austro-Hungarian hallmark used between 1872-1922, and makers mark 'WR'. The hallmark is that of the Diana head, with hexagon cartouche and number '2' to denote 900/1000 silver, and town letter 'C' for Prague.

Measurement: - The vesta case measures 40mm (height) x 39mm (width) x 11.5mm (depth).
Weight: - 20.3 grams / 0.65 troy ounces.
Condition: - The vesta case is in good condition. The lid opens smoothly and firmly snaps closed. Light surface scratches and tarnishing commensurate with age. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
