Description: - A George V 18ct yellow gold Lovers Knot ring. Lover’s knot rings were popular in the early 1900s. The meaning was “Eternal love that cannot be untied”. The ring is fully hallmarked with the Birmingham Assay office stamp, '18' (to denote 18 carat gold), and the date letter 't', for 1918.

Period: - Early 20th Century.

Measurement: - The ring is 10mm wide to the front and 4.8mm to the reverse. UK Size N 1/2. US Ring size 6 3/4.

Weight: - 5.5 grams / 0.18 troy ounces.

Condition: - The ring is in good antique condition. Light surface scratches and wear commensurate with age. Please see photographs for confirmation of condition.
