Description: - An Edwardian 18ct gold diamond and sapphire cluster ring. The ring is set with a central diamond, surrounded by 6 sapphires, and a further 16 diamonds around the perimeter in a cluster formation, set on trifurcated split shoulders, to a narrow shank to the sides and back. As was common for the period the ring is stamped '18ct' to denote 18 carat gold. The ring is broad at the front, and narrow at the back.
Date: - Circa 1905.
Engraving: - Unengraved.
Measurement: - Ring UK Size N. US size 6 1/2. The face of the ring measures 13mm x 12mm.
Weight: - 4.3 grams / 0.14 troy ounces.
Condition: - Light surface scratches to the shank commensurate with age. Gemstone treatment is unknown. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
