Description: - A mid-20th century 18ct gold three-stone 0.90ct diamond ring. The yellow and white gold ring is set with a trefoil of graduated round brilliant-cut diamonds, set with single-cut diamonds to the shoulders.
The ring is stamped '18CT' to denote the ring is 18 carat gold.
