Description: - A George II sterling silver crested armorial marrow scoop.

The scoop is hallmarked with the makers mark 'E.O' for Elizabeth Oldfield, London assay mark, Lion Passant, and date stamp 't' to denote 1754.

Date: - 1754.

Period: - 18th Century.

Engraving: - Crested to reverse of bowl. The stem is engraved to the reverse with the letter 'L'.

Maker: - Elizabeth Oldfield.

Measurement: - 22.6cm (length) x 4.4cm (bowl width).

Weight: - 51.6 grams.

Condition: - The silver marrow scoop is in good antique condition. Hallmarks are partially rubbed / worn. The bowls are in good shape. No dents, repairs, or damage. A couple of minor dings. Surface scratches commensurate with age and usage. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
