Description: - An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond solitaire ring. The principle old cut diamond weighs 0.75cts with the further old cut diamonds to the shoulders having a total weight of 0.15cts. As was common for the period the ring is stamped '18' to denote 18 carat gold fineness.
Period: - Early 20th Century.
Date: - Circa 1910-1920.
Engraving: - The gold ring is unengraved.
Measurement: - UK ring size N 1/2. US ring size 6 3/4. The principle diamond measures 5.9mm in diameter.
Weight: - 2.9 grams / 0.09 troy ounces.
Condition: - The antique ring is in good condition. Light surface scratches commensurate with age. The claw set old cut solitaire diamond displays good clarity. Gemstone treatment is unknown.
