Description: - An Edwardian 15 carat gold seed pearl locket.  The locket is set with seed pearls around the bezel. To the front is a glazed panel with a picture of a young man in military uniform, and to the reverse is a glazed panel with a lock of hair. The locket is fully hallmarked with Chester assay office marks, stamped 15.625 to denote 15ct Gold, and date letter 'C' for 1903.

Period: - 20th Century.

Measurement: -  The locket measures 3.5 cm (height including bale) x 2.4 cm (length).

Weight: - 5.9 grams / 0.19 troy ounces.

Condition: - The locket is in good antique condition. Light surface scratches to the gold commensurate with age. The pearls are in good condition and are well matched in terms of colour. Please note the pearls are untested and unwarranted for natural pearls. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
