Description: - A pair of Arts and Crafts style sterling silver ewers. The small ewers are of planished circular form, having hinged covers with disc finial and scroll thumb-piece. The body of the jugs have a central girdle and card-cut decoration in relief, with scroll handle, and are raised on a circular foot.

The ewers are hallmarked London, 1935 (Jubilee mark), and with the makers mark of Johnson, Walker & Tolhurst.

Ewer 1 - 11.3 cm (height) x 9.2 cm (length between handle and spout) x 6.8 cm (body width),

Weight: - The ewers combined weight is 551.9 grams.

Condition: - The pair are in good vintage condition. Light surface scratches, marks, and a couple of minor bruises commensurate with age. There are no splits, or repairs, or dents. Hallmarks are clear. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
