Description: - A Victorian 18ct yellow gold pearl ring. The ring is set with five graduating seed pearls in a boat setting, leading to a plain shank.

The ring is hallmarked with Birmingham assay marks, 1900, '18' to denote 18 carat gold, and the makers mark 'J.B'.

Period: - Early 20th Century.

Date: - 1900.

Engraving: - Unengraved.

Measurement: - UK ring size M 1/2 (leading edge). US ring size 6 1/2 (leading edge). The head of the ring measures 4.8mm x 17.5mm.

Weight: - 3.8 grams.

Condition: - The ring is in good antique condition. Light surface marks commensurate with age.  The pearls are well matched in terms of colour, displaying as a creamy white. When viewed under x10 magnification traces of residue around the pearls is present, which is in place to secure the pearls. Please note the pearls have been untested and unwarranted for origin. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
