Description: - A superb antique 9ct mellow rose gold curb link albert watch chain, T-bar, and carnelian fob.

Date: - Circa 1907.

Engraving: - The fob is engraved to the reverse with 'PRESENTED TO CONSTABLE WILLIAM WILSON BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ABERDEEN CITY POLICE ON HIS RETIRING FROM THE FORCE AFTER 25 YEARS SERVICE MAY 1909'.

Measurement: - The watch chain measures approximately 13 3/4 inches (35.2 cm). The chain links are 6mm wide.

Weight: - The chain weights approximately 44.6grams.

Item No: - 1183_tc1.

Condition: - This superb 9ct albert chain is in good antique condition. The chain is stamped '9', '.375' on each of the links, 9.375 on the T-bar, and dog clip. The links display minor surface scratches, and wear commensurate with age. The carnelian fob is in good condition. Minor nibbles to the edges of the carnelian. The fob is hallmarked Birmingham 1907.
