Description: - A George V sterling silver-gilt Wine Taster Cup. The wine taster (otherwise known as Tasse de Vin) cup is of round form, with spot-hammered finish, and a single snakehead handle. 

Assay: - .925 (Sterling Silver).

Date: - London, 1934.

Engraving: - Engraved "1884 ~1934"'

Maker: - Richard Comyns.

Measurement: - 3.3cm (height) x 11.7cm (length to include handle) x 8.5cm (bowl diameter).

Weight: - 137.1 grams.

Condition: - The vintage wine taster is in good condition. Light rubbing to the gilt wash, and minor surface scratches commensurate with age. It is engraved "1884~1934". No splits, damage, dents, or repairs.  Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
