Description: - A sterling silver muffin dish and cover designed by Oliver Baker for Liberty & Co. The dish is of circular form, spot-hammered decoration, the pull-off lobed cover with a fluted finial, the interior with a detachable electroplated liner.

The dish is hallmarked with the makers mark of 'L&C' for Liberty & Co Ltd, Birmingham marks, 1901, and 'CYMRIC' stamp. The cover is hallmarked 1900.

Assay: - .925 Sterling Silver.

Date: - 1900 and 1901.

Period: - Early 20th Century.

Engraving: - The dish is unengraved.

Maker: - Liberty & Co Ltd.

Measurement: - The muffin dish and cover measures 17.1cm (diameter) x 7.3cm (height).

Weight: - Weighable silver 409.5 grams. 508.6 grams to include electroplated liner.

Condition: - The silver muffin dish is in good antique condition. The lid has a good fit to the dish. Light surface scratches and marks commensurate with age. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
