Description: - A George V sterling silver trombone link albert watch chain, and T-bar.
Assay: - .925 (Sterling Silver).
Period: - Early 20th century.
Date: - 1913.
Maker: - William Walter Cashmore.
Engraving: - None.
Measurement: - 16 1/16 inches (40.9 cm) end to end.
Weight: - 45.2 grams.
Condition: - The albert chain is in good condition. The chain, dog clips, and T-bar are stamped with the makers mark 'W.W.C' for William Walter Cashmore. The dog clips are also stamped with the Birmingham assay date letter 'O' for 1913. The T-bar is stamped with the Chester date letter 'N' to denote 1913. The chain is stamped with the lion rampant (traditional silver fineness mark) to the majority of the links; dog clips; and T-bar. The links display minor surface scratches, and wear commensurate with age. Please see photographs for confirmation of condition.
