Item: - A silver gilt box and cover by Carrington & Co. The limited edition box was crafted to commemorate the silver wedding anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip. The cylindrical box has a bark-effect finish with applied Royal cipher, leading to a plain concave cover with silver-gilt crown finial. The box is hallmarked with the makers mark of Carrington & Co., London, 1972.

Weight: - 534.0 grams / 17.17 troy ounces.

Condition: - The silver box is in good vintage condition. Some very light surface scratches to the silver. The gilding on the royal insignia around the exterior has light rubbing through polishing. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
