Description: - A late Victorian diamond bow brooch. The brooch has been beautifully crafted to include 78 diamonds set into the bow brooch. The total diamond weight is approximately 1.40cts. This fine quality jewel is in good condition and is complete with it's original clasp & pin all in good working order.

As was common for the period the brooch is unhallmarked, and has been tested to be fronted in silver and backed in 9 karat gold.

Period: - Early 20th century.

Maker: - Unknown.

Measurement: - 3.9cm height x 3.0cm width x 1.2cm depth.

Weight: - 7.1 grams.

Condition: - Light surface scratches to the antique brooch commensurate with age. The diamonds are in good condition. Please see photos for confirmation of condition. The clasp can be unscrewed and brooch fitting removed to allow the piece to be converted (with the assistance of a competent jeweler), to be worn as a pendant necklace, as fittings are currently in place to allow connection to a necklace.
