Description: - A set of twelve early 19th century Dutch silver Hanoverian pattern tablespoons, by Hendrik Overhulsman, Amsterdam 1803.

The spoons are marked with the makers mark of Hendrik Overhulsman, the Amsterdam town coat of arms, the lion rampant facing left in a crowned shield silver fineness mark, date letter 'U' to denote 1803, and the duty crown above the capital letter O mark for duty-free (Dutch transalation - 'Onbelast').

Period: - Early 19th Century.

Measurement: - 21.7cm (length) x 4.3cm (bowl width).

Weight: - 770.2 grams.

Condition: - The spoons are in good antique condition. Minor rubbing, surface scratches, marks, tarnishing; and pin-prick dings to the bowls commensurate with age. Please see photographs for confirmation of condition.
